Every single piece is handmade in Vienna, Austria. Depending on the order, allow up to 2 weeks for your items to be made.
In order to make purchases through the website, you are requested to provide your personal details. Customers must provide their name, address, phone number (optional) and e-mail address. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide your payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct. These details will be documented on your receipt and archived virtually and on paper.
Please note: Shipment costs are added at the end of your order!
All orders will be sent via registered mail (Austrian Post AG and its international partners). Items will not be shipped on the weekend and/or bank holidays.
The delivery times are for reference only. Packages can take longer to be delivered, especially during holiday seasons.
Austria - €8.00 - up to 3 working days
EU and Monaco - €10.00 - up to 5 working days
Rest of Europe and Non-EU - €15.00 - up to 10 working days
Rest of World - €20.00 - up to 20 working days
All deliveries are subject to the Austrian Post AG terms and conditions.
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail acknowledging the details of your order.
As soon as your order has left my studio, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with the tracking number, together with details on how to track your order.

If you wish to return or exchange an item you purchased at my web store, it must be returned within 14 days from receipt of the delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please contact me as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org and let me know whether you want a refund or a replacement and the reason for returning the item.
Please note that the cost of sending any item back must be met by you. You can re-use the original packaging and clearly place the return address on it. Include your details in the inside of the parcel. Make sure that the package is securely wrapped and the seams are taped well. Please use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance and make sure you obtain proof of postage. This is important, as I cannot be held responsible for items lost on their way back to me.
Returns can be accepted, provided the items are returned in perfect condition, with the original packaging, labels attached and unworn within 14 days after the day of delivery. Please try on bodysuits, playsuits (harnesses), knickers, thongs and panties over your own underwear as I will not accept returns of worn garments, the items must be still in a salable condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the products, no refund will be available.
Please note, I will not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards, items discounted, purchased on sale or using a promotion code. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The products will be your responsibility from the point of delivery. It is important that returned items are kept in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item.
If you want a refund, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, based on the condition of the returned item (shipping costs are not included). If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your paypal account, credit/debit card or original method of payment.
If you wish to change a size or style of your order, please let me know as soon as possible, so I can prepare your new order for delivery. I will also accept exchange to another style of the same value, or for the outstanding on another style to be paid.
If you contact me rapidly after placing your order, I will be able to cancel it before it is shipped. Please note, you cannot cancel an order after you have received a confirmation of shipment.
If no one is available at your address to take delivery, a note will be left for you to either rearrange delivery or to collect the package from a designated depot. After a period of time your package will be returned to me.
Problems upon delivery
I urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt. If you receive any products which are either damaged or missing or the packaging has been opened, you should register all reservations and complaints with the carrier or refuse the package if it appears to have been opened or damaged. If an order is returned to me and needs to be re-shipped then you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
Taxes and Duties
If you order products from my website for delivery abroad, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. You are responsible for all customs fees, taxes or receiving fees. You will need to take responsibility for any import duties in your own country. Note that I have no control over these charges and I am unable to advise on the rates as they vary according to country. Please contact your relevant authority for more information on the rates. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. I will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law. I accept no responsibility if your order is stopped by international customs.
Events outside my control
I will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of my obligations under my contract with you that is caused by events outside my reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
